History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Beiro was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture
