Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. He has shaved his head bald. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
