Description: This man stands a little under 4'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet vest and prefers red and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Layabout but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Blacksmith again; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
