Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Caeldrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Caeldrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is physically well-built. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naal embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Naal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
