History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Naeris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
