Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heian isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Laborer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
