Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolen embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Naill isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
