Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a red wide-brimmed hat and red clothes. His white hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.
