Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nutae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nutae. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Actor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
