Description: 4'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the north to a Tanner, Rolen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
