History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Varis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Aerdeth hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in kukri use. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
