Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Aust was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Ahvain hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
