History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Quarion was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Naal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
