History: Halimath was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now owns his own business.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to prove his worth to the world
