History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Paelias was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Riardon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Riardon. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
