History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
