Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Galinndan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Galinndan studied abroad. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
