History: Soveliss was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Born in the west to a Sellsword, Berrian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Berrian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
