History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raer grew up listening to his father's many stories. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to protect his home

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He got into the Performer business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Performer soon after.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and balancing his hectic life and new performer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
