Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Halimath has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Uthemar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Uthemar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a Dilettante, his father struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Mindartis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
