Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
