Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and doesn't want to be a miller and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. His head has been shaved. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
