History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Paelias was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
