Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rael isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rael was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
