History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Ivellios was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ivellios's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ivellios fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Traki lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Lamlis hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: This eastern man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blonde hair is still thick. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: Aelar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
