History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarion was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
