History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
