History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Rael learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
