Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Lucan took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now owns his own business.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.
