History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Halimath never married again. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
