History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Theren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Theren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
