History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Gifted from a young age, Carrie studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
