He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Merchant.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Peren has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it
