Description: An older man who wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a tan coat, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
