History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has achieved small success as a Fletcher.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and seeks redemption
