History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Rolen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
