He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Heian was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
