History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago.
