He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Erevan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a red vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his red boots flare out at the collars. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cartwright who has hired him part-time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Laucian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Laucian. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Courier. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
