History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Erdan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Cook job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
