History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
