Description: This malnourished man tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
