History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Raer was a troubled youth. History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
