History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
