Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Erevan was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Vanuath hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Through the years after Vanuath was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Vanuath's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he wants revenge against illithids

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
