After coming to the age of reason, Berrian took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west to a Cook, Aelar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
