Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his painting dream.
