History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
