History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Rael and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Rael discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Rael fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Nutae is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A freak accident while working with his Weaver mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to raise his children well
