History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Korfel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'9" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
